CCTR Year Round Care
This program is for families who need care all throughout the year. Families must sign a contract and agree to attendance and contractual guidelines or risk losing their placement. This is an Income Eligible program and families must meet the financial criteria to be enrolled. Any families who are interested in applying for this program can reach out to our CCTR enrollment coordinator, Jennifer Hall (530-575-6948), in early August of each school year. Jennifer will know how many spots are available in early August, if any. If space is not available, families will be put on a waiting list.
CCTR contracts are designed to cover the entire school calendar including the summer term that follows the school year (August through July). In May and June of each year, the enrollment coordinator will reach out to our currently enrolled CCTR families to prioritize enrollments for the upcoming school year. Once this process is completed, we will know how many open spots are available for the next school year, and then, in August, families can reach out to Jennifer Hall to inquire if there is space available. It is important to note that space is limited, so a waiting list may be created to reserve openings for interested families in the event another is disenrolled from the program. We are contracted by the California Department of Education to provide approximately 60 spots each year. Morning program hours are from 7-9am. Afternoon/evening hours are from school dismissal time to at least 6pm.
