Early Release/Late Arrival Policy
According to State guidelines, ASES/CCTR students who are registered must participate daily and for a minimum amount of time. For our morning programs, any families that drop off their children for less than one hour will be considered a Late Arrival. For our afternoon programs, any children who are released to parents before 5 pm will be considered an Early Release.
In both of these circumstances, parents will need to select a reason for any Early Releases and Late Arrivals and document it when signing in or out. Early Releases and Late Arrivals can also be excused, but must be documented and tracked for compliance with the State.
